November Wellness Workshop: Managing Stress - Wednesday, November 18th at 6:15pm
I think we can all agree that 2020 has had some stressful moments. There are numerous concerns when we look at how chronic stress effects the body. The data shows that chronic stress can increase the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes in addition to the mental health concerns. During this workshop, I will outline several strategies you can implement to help reduce your stress level and combat the effects of chronic stress. I highly encourage you to bring family and friends.
