After completing a massage module during a Medical Assistant ROP program, my life was forever changed, and I came to clearly understand that my future was to be in massage therapy. I would describe myself as a grounded, extroverted, empathic person and by nature I desire to help people suffering from pain. Nothing makes me happier than to see a patient leave the office with a smile and relief of pain.
Using a variety of treatment techniques such as: deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, emotional release therapy, active release therapy, cross friction, longitude release, frozen shoulder release, acupressure, shiatsu, piriformis release, trigger point, and reflexology, I can address each individual person’s need to reduce their pain and inflammation and start their journey toward wellness. And while neuromuscular sports injury treatments are my specialty, I do also enjoy pregnancy and relaxation massages.
When I am not massaging, I enjoy martial arts, volunteering in my community, sewing, crocheting, and attending events at the Moose Lodge. And on really special days, I get to massage dogs to relieve pain, stiffness and reduce their anxiety responses.
For more than 16 years, I have been inspired to assist patient’s with addressing their wellness needs. To schedule an appointment, please contact the front desk at (949) 586-2731 or by email at [email protected] .
