October Wellness Workshop: Scientific-Based Nutrition - Tuesday, October 20th at 6:15pm
Have you ever been told that you are “fine” and your test results are “normal” but still feel bad? Or maybe you really do feel that you are in perfect health. Many health conditions present in the blood long before you actually “feel” symptoms. Did you know you could have only 20% liver or kidney function left and still virtually have no symptoms? How do you know if you’re truly healthy?
The Science-Based Nutrition program is an innovative, science-based look at nutritional strengths and weaknesses along with internal toxins and deficiencies present in your body through an individual blood test and analysis of hair, urine, and stool. This scientific approach can offer a clear plan for your optimum health.
A complete Nutritional Blood Analysis will determine:
- How healthy you really are
- What problems are just beginning
- What diseases you have
- What dietary and lifestyle changes you should make
- If the supplements you are taking are working
As we explore this program, we will discuss why “normal ranges” reflected in typical lab reports do not accurately depict health vs disease. And we will look at all aspects of testing included in the program.
Don’t wait until you have symptoms to take charge of your health!
Our Wellness Workshops are free and fun, and we encourage you to invite your family and friends. Space is limited in the office, so we ask that you please RSVP with our Front Desk by calling (949) 586-2731 or by replying to this email. This class will be offered “live” at Waters Family Wellness as well as on Zoom.
New ePay Option
Our practice management system can now send payment requests electronically. Instead of mailing paper statements, we may send you an email or text. This process is very convenient and environmentally friendly!
Please Note:
Our building is undergoing a bit of a remodel. During this time, the North (front) entrance is temporarily closed for a few more weeks. Everyone will need to use the South (back) entrance (closest to the freeway) during re-construction of the North entrance.
