We are implementing a new electronic communication and scheduling system!

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a third-party company to assist us in creating a more user-friendly experience for you, our amazing patients!  Some features of our new system include: online scheduling, two-way texting and contactless forms that can be completed on your phone or computer.  We have already implemented touch-less payment options by securely storing payment information, so we are not handling credit cards.  Since that has been such a success, we decided to explore where else we could improve.  We are confident you will like our new system.  And if you prefer to call us to schedule, we are still here and would be happy to hear from you! We ask for your patience during our initial implementation time as there may be a few kinks to work out.


Saturday Hours:

Dr. Waters is available one Saturday per month for patient visits.  He sees patient by appointment only on these dates and appointments fill up fast!  Please contact the front desk to schedule your preferred time.

30 Days of Thankfulness

During month of November, our Facebook page will focus on gratitude and thankfulness.  There is great science that supports the limitless benefits of practicing daily gratitude.  During this time of uncertainty, establishing a daily gratitude practice can create positive emotions, assist with improved sleep patterns, and ultimately support a healthy immune system.  Check out our Facebook page for inspiring quotes as well as tips on how to introduce gratitude practices to your day.  If you would like some in-person gratitude tips, ask Dr. Waters when you are in next.


November Wellness Workshop: Managing Stress - Wednesday, November 18th at 6:15pm

I think we can all agree that 2020 has had some stressful moments.  There are numerous concerns when we look at how chronic stress effects the body.  The data shows that chronic stress can increase the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes in addition to the mental health concerns.  During this workshop, I will outline several strategies you can implement to help reduce your stress level and combat the effects of chronic stress.  I highly encourage you to bring family and friends. 

Wellness Workshops are free and fun, and you are encouraged to invite your family and friends.  Space is limited in the office, so please RSVP with the Front Desk by calling (949) 586-2731 or by replying to this email.  This class will be offered “live” at Waters Family Wellness as well as on Zoom.


New ePay Option

Our practice management system can now send payment requests electronically.  Instead of mailing paper statements, we may send you an email or text. This process is very convenient and environmentally friendly!


Please Note:

Our building is currently undergoing a bit of a remodel. During this time, the North (front) entrance is temporarily closed for a few more weeks. Everyone will need to use the South (back) entrance (closest to the freeway) during re-construction of the North entrance.
