Holiday Season
As we head into full swing of the holiday season simultaneously with a stay-at-home order for our state, I want to encourage you all to focus on the joy of the season. This past year we have been flooded with constant negative news cycles that are difficult to avoid. So, this may be a particularly good time to practice mindfulness, gratitude, stress relieving techniques, meditation, yoga, and a regular exercise routine.

Holiday Toy Drive
The Orange County Fire Authority is partnering with KWAVE again to help collect and distribute toys to non-profits throughout Orange County. We know that with the COVID-19 pandemic, and the devastating wildfire season the need for toys this year will be even greater than before. Many people are out of work and unable to provide gifts for their young children and teenagers.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, they will NOT be collecting toys at fire stations this year.
Please bring your unwrapped toys to Waters Family Wellness until Thursday, December 17th and we will drop them off at the drop-off event.
Saturday Hours:
Dr. Waters is available one Saturday per month for patient visits. He sees patient by appointment only on these dates and appointments fill up fast! Please contact the front desk to schedule your preferred time. Mark your calendars for these Saturdays:

We are implementing a new electronic communication and scheduling system!
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a third-party company to assist us in creating a more user-friendly experience for you, our amazing patients! Some features of our new system include online scheduling, two-way texting and contactless forms that can be completed on your phone or computer. We have already implemented touch-less payment options by securely storing payment information, so we are not handling credit cards. Since that has been such a success, we decided to explore where else we could improve. We are confident you will like our new system. And if you prefer to call us to schedule, we are still here and would be happy to hear from you! We ask for your patience during our initial implementation time as there may be a few kinks to work out.
Please Note:
Our building is currently undergoing a bit of a remodel. The North (front) entrance is now open, but the South (back) entrance (closest to the freeway) is now under constructions.
